Job summary

OKLY CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to assist the Manager in daily site operations, supervise workers, coordinate and oversee all works on site, and ensure safety compliance.

You will attend toolbox talks, participate in on-site meetings, work with the Project Manager to meet contracted requirements and deadlines, and resolve issues quickly to keep progress on track. The role requires clear communication with subcontractors and adherence to safety regulations; you will

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager in managing and monitoring daily site operations.
• Responsible for site supervision and coordination of site works as assigned.
• Coordinate & supervise all works carry out on site
• Supervision of construction workers
• Ensure site safety in accordance with safe work procedure
• Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
• Attending any on-site meetings.
• Ensure timely and smooth progress of work.
• To lead, supervise, and coordinate site works.
• Work closely with Project Manager to ensure contracted works meet all requirements and targeted dates.
• Resolve worksite issue quickly and effectively in order to keep work progress on track.
• Ensure all works, workers and contractors adhere to all safety regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
