Job summary

GM MANPOWER SERVICE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage and supervise daily construction site activities, ensuring projects are completed according to approved plans, specifications and schedules.

You will coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and workers to ensure smooth site operations, monitor progress, safety, and regulatory compliance, review drawings, and maintain site records and progress reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily construction site activities to ensure projects are completed according to approved plans, specifications and schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and workers to ensure smooth site operations.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials and equipment at the construction site.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, plans and specifications.
• Coordinate and follow up on site inspections, submissions and technical matters.
• Ensure construction works comply with relevant safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and resolve site issues and coordinate with relevant parties on corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain site records, progress reports and other project documentation.
• Monitor work progress and assist in meeting project deadlines and budgets.
• Supervise and guide site personnel and workers to ensure work is carried out properly and efficiently.
