SHENGYI DEVELOPMENT SG PTE. LTD. is seeking a Civil/Structural Engineer to support project managers with technical meetings and document submissions. You will coordinate with subcontractors and RE/RTO, monitor site progress with regular inspections, and develop procedures and drawings.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil/Structural degree with at least 3 years of Singapore project experience, understands construction sequences, shop drawings, and ISO 9001 clauses. KPI monitoring is essential.

Competenze

Diploma / Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or its equivalent.
Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in Singapore Projects.
Able to read construction/shop drawings and understand detailing.
Familiar with construction sequence and Method Statement or different trades.
Understand ISO 9001 clauses; ability to implement / audit procedures is an added advantage.
Must be able to monitor project KPI requirements.

Mansioni

Assist the project manager with on and off-site meetings pertaining to technical issues.
Responsible for submission of Architectural samples, shop drawings, and other related documents to the consultants or authorities.
Coordinate and monitor work progress at the site including periodical site inspection and attend meetings during the course of the project.
Able to coordinate well with sub-contractors, RE, and RTO.
Development of Procedures, detailed Engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications.
Plan monthly work schedules and set productivity to be achieved.
Conduct Material Take Off (MTO) and management of List of Materials (LOM) to monitor the progress of projects.
Verify technical specifications for adequacy.
Disseminate technical specifications to the supervisor.
Identify and record any product quality problems and implement solutions.
