Job summary

ACE WATER PTE. LTD. is a growing water treatment company specializing in consultancy and EPC turnkey services for water treatment, reclamation, and desalination plants in Singapore and the Asia Pacific.

We are seeking a hands-on project coordinator to drive personnel to sites, coordinate with clients and contractors, manage project communications, and assist with site visits and document handling to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Valid Singapore driving license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive company personnel safely to project sites, client offices, and other business locations to support project activities
• Liaise proactively with clients, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to coordinate project-related matters and maintain positive working relationships
• Communicate timely project updates, arrange meetings, and follow up on outstanding issues to ensure project progress
• Assist with site visits by delivering and collecting project-related documents to support site operations
• Report client feedback, site concerns, and potential issues promptly to the Project Manager for resolution
• Provide general project coordination and administrative support to facilitate efficient project management
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the company vehicle to ensure safety and reliability

Skills
