Job summary

LINKARC PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to manage ground operations and drive project execution across civil and utility sites.

You will bridge management, site workers, sub-contractors, and client officers to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and compliant with safety standards from initiation to reinstatement and claims support. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction industry or ground operations.
• Possess a 2B or Class 3 driving license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Able to multi-task, adapt quickly and stay solution-oriented on site.
• Proactive, self-motivated with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaises with Client project officers and management to ensure project requirements are understood and executed smoothly.
• Initiates projects by coordinating permits and ensuring approvals are obtained before work starts at each site.
• Attends site meetings with authorities and client officers to align expectations.
• Manages manpower allocation across sites to meet project needs and deadlines.
• Monitors daily working hours and minimizes overtime where possible while maintaining safety standards.
• Oversees logistics for materials delivery and equipment like lorries and tipper trucks.
• Ensures teams have materials and implements cost-control measures to keep projects on budget.
