Job summary

Millennium Services Group is seeking a responsible Contract Supervisor to oversee cleaning and facilities services at client sites in Singapore. The role involves supervising cleaning teams, ensuring service standards, and liaising with clients to meet requirements.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training, safety compliance, reporting, and coordinating multi-site operations. A minimum 2–3 years in supervisory cleaning roles is preferred, with strong communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in cleaning, housekeeping, facilities management, or a similar supervisory role.
• Experience supervising a team of cleaners is preferred.
• Good knowledge of commercial, office, condominium, industrial, healthcare, or institutional cleaning operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with clients and cleaning staff.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple sites or operational requirements.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for reporting, rostering, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations at assigned sites.
• Lead, deploy, and monitor cleaning staff to ensure sufficient manpower and coverage.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure cleaning standards meet contractual and client requirements.
• Monitor attendance, work performance, grooming, and discipline of cleaning staff.
• Train and coach cleaners on cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and workplace safety.
• Manage cleaning schedules, rosters, task assignments, and leave arrangements.
• Ensure cleaning equipment, chemicals, tools, and supplies are properly maintained and available.
• Liaise with clients regarding service requirements, feedback, complaints, and operational matters.
• Investigate and resolve service issues promptly.
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and maintain relevant records.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health, and environmental requirements.
• Support manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and deployment when required.
