Job summary

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and authorities, review drawings and method statements, conduct inspections, and produce progress reports while guiding a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily civil and structural construction activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Plan, monitor, and manage site progress to achieve project milestones, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities to facilitate project coordination and resolve site issues.
• Review construction drawings, technical submissions, shop drawings, and method statements to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential risks, resolve technical issues, and maintain construction quality.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, contract specifications, and statutory regulations.
• Prepare progress reports, work schedules, site records, and other project documentation.
• Support project planning, resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project performance.
