Job summary

ONION SEARCH PTE. LTD. seeks a Civil/Structural Engineer to oversee on-site construction activities in Singapore, coordinating from site prep to build-out while meeting timelines and project specs.

Requirements: Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, minimum 3 years’ site experience on civil projects; building/mixed development is preferred. Candidates must be technically inclined with strong problem-solving and coordination across disciplines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction execution from site preparations to build-out.
• Ensure construction, installation and assembly align with plans and drawings.
• Prepare progress reports on time, cost and quality per contract terms.
• Document actions and follow-ups from project meetings.
• Liaise with clients for site inspections and maintain records.
• Drive safety and sustainability on site.
