Job summary

Blue Sky Builder Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a capable site/project support to assist the project managers and Planning & Engineering Department in all aspects of project management.

You will study construction activities, monitor progress, plan and implement schedules in line with the master program, and coordinate with main contractors. You will liaise with material suppliers for technical issues, handle technical problems, prepare reports and method statements, and ensure site safety

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or construction related major.
• Able to work at site.
• Good written and spoken communication skills.
• Competent with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.).
• Proficient in AUTOCAD.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
• Strong initiative and resourcefulness.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project managers/Planning & Engineering Department in all aspects of project management related works.
• Understudy and understand the construction activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance with the master and detailed work program.
• Liaise with material suppliers for technical issues and coordinate the site activities with main contractors.
• Handling of technical and engineering problems.
• Prepare reports and method statements following requirements by main contractors and project owners.
• Manage and control workers and monitor their work closely to keep site safe.
• Supervise ongoing site activities closely.
