Job summary

CHINA CONSTRUCTION REALTY CO. PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor in Singapore to report to the Project Manager for arranging site work and coordinating structural and architectural activities on site.

You will oversee subcontractors and suppliers, plan progress, and liaise with clients, authorities and consultants to ensure successful execution while maintaining strict safety standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Architecture or related field is required.
• At least 3 years of experience on residential building projects.
• Familiarity with safety standards (BCA CONQUAS, Safety) in construction.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Project Manager / Site Manager for arrangement of site work.
• Coordinate and oversee all Structural / Architectural works on site.
• Monitor and coordinate works with subcontractors and handling suppliers and sub-contractors problems on site.
• Coordinate the inspection works by Resident Engineer and Clerk of works.
• Plan, program and monitor work progress on site.
• Liaise with client’s representative, authorities and consultants for execution of work.
• Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk.
