Job summary

Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Singapore, Centre for Disruptive Photonic Technologies, seeks a Project Officer to advance SNSPD-based imaging and LiDAR experiments. Qualifications

• Experience with lab-based experimental setups for imaging or LiDAR.
• Familiarity with FPGA-based data acquisition and control.
• Ability to operate and maintain research laboratories following safety protocols.
• Experience with Python or MATLAB for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support development and operation of SNSPD-based imaging and LiDAR experimental setups.
• Assist with detector signal acquisition, synchronization and timing workflows.
• Support PCB-level testing, readout electronics and shielding considerations.
• Assist optical and optoelectronic setup alignment and maintenance.
• Prepare measurement summaries and technical reports for internal project reviews.
• Collaborate with CDPT partners and researchers on fabrication/testing tasks as required.
• Ensure safe, compliant operation of laboratories and equipment.
