Job summary

VOUCH RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced SAP S/4HANA Deployment Lead to drive the Singapore implementation of S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, with a planned go-live in Q2 2027.

You will be the key local connector to Global SAP teams and partners, guiding Finance and Procurement workstreams through discovery, cutover and hypercare. You will manage local plans, data migration, UAT and training, ensuring alignment with global templates and regulatory requirements while identifying

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP functional consulting, transformation, deployment or programme delivery.
• At least 3 full end-to-end SAP implementations or major rollouts.
• At least 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementations / country deployments.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Finance and Sourcing & Procurement.
• Experience with fit-to-standard, testing/UAT, data migration, cutover, go-live and hypercare.
• Able to communicate complex SAP concepts clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Singapore SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition deployment.
• Act as the primary local point of contact for Global SAP teams and implementation partners.
• Provide functional leadership across Finance, Accounting, Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order processes.
• Lead fit-to-standard workshops, process discovery and gap analysis.
• Manage local project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and budget.
• Coordinate master data preparation, migration, UAT, defect management and readiness activities.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, user training and change adoption.
• Lead cutover, go-live and hypercare activities, including issue resolution and escalation.
• Ensure local business and regulatory requirements are represented within the global SAP template.
• Identify post-go-live optimisation opportunities while maintaining clean-core principles.
