Job summary

foundit is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Delivery Executive in Singapore to provide executive-level leadership and delivery governance for a large-scale transformation programme.

The successful candidate will lead multiple workstreams, manage senior client relationships, and oversee commercial performance and strategic escalations in a highly regulated environment, including government or defence contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, or business required.
• PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner or MSP certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
• 15+ years SAP delivery experience with 8+ years leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive accountability for programme delivery and service levels.
• Chair senior governance and steering committee meetings with client leadership.
• Act as senior escalation point for critical delivery and commercial matters.
• Provide independent delivery assurance through health checks and reviews.
• Own engagement-level commercial performance, including P&L and margins.
• Lead governance of SAP partners, implementation partners, subcontractors.
• Ensure vendor resources and specialist capabilities are available.
• Own strategic programme risks including security and continuity.
• Build relationships with C-level stakeholders and senior government leadership.
• Ensure delivery complies with security, regulatory, and client requirements.
• Sponsor change management and benefits realisation.
