Job summary

Allpress Espresso Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Sales and Operations Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will lead six direct reports and two dotted-line reports, guiding sales strategy, forecasting, and day-to-day operations while collaborating with regional and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the business in Singapore.
• Identify new opportunities by analyzing market trends and customer needs.
• Monitor sales performance and maintain accurate forecasts and account plans.
• Manage priorities across new business, inbound enquiries and existing accounts.
• Strengthen relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction.
• Lead and develop the Singapore team and manage performance.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, stock control, and supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with regional and global leaders on wider strategy.
• Ensure all activities reflect the premium Allpress experience and values.
• Support a safe, healthy workplace and wellness initiatives.
