• Serve as the local resident director of the Singapore registered company, fulfilling the statutory requirement of at least one ordinarily resident director under the Singapore Companies Act.
• Sign statutory documents in the capacity of a director, and assist the company in completing ACRA annual filing and compliance registration procedures.
• Ensure the company’s daily operations comply with the Singapore Companies Act 1967 and fulfill statutory director obligations.
• Provide professional compliance suggestions on major corporate decisions and participate in board resolution procedures when necessary.

Job Requirements

1. Eligibility: Must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR).

2. Aged above 18 years old with full capacity for civil conduct.

3. No bankruptcy record and not disqualified from acting as a company director.

4. No criminal records related to fraud, dishonesty or corporate governance.

5. No court or official prohibition from holding a director position.
