Job summary

Blockchain is seeking a General Manager and Wealth Lead in Singapore to accelerate growth focused on wealth, HNWI clients, and expanding the retail user base. The role combines strategy, partnerships, and on-the-ground activation.

You will own Singapore growth, build KOL/content programs, and translate client insights into products and opportunities, while collaborating with central teams. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in crypto/digital assets, especially in growth, country management, or senior client-facing roles.
• Deep understanding of crypto industry, products, and client needs.
• Proven ability to acquire and manage HNWI clients in crypto.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin for sophisticated commercial conversations.
• Strong knowledge of the Singapore market and wealth ecosystem.
• Existing relationships in Singapore's HNWI/crypto ecosystem are advantageous.
• Proven ability to drive growth via content, KOLs, partnerships, events, referrals, or direct relationships.
• Highly commercial with bias toward action.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Singapore growth and wealth/HNWI strategy.
• Grow local retail user base and high-value clients.
• Identify, test, and scale acquisition channels (content, KOLs, partnerships, events, referrals).
• Develop initiatives to attract and convert sophisticated crypto investors.
• Hit local growth targets and optimize initiatives.
