Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in wealth management or investment advisory serving affluent and/or HNW clients.
• Proven success in client acquisition and increasing share of client assets through consultative advisory.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with sophisticated investors.
• Self‑driven, results oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a personal pipeline of affluent and accredited prospects via referrals, partnerships, and proactive business development.
• Acquire new clients and expand assets under management by articulating the firm’s investment proposition clearly and credibly.
• Provide tailored investment recommendations and portfolio solutions drawing on model portfolios, thematic strategies, and bespoke options.
• Act as primary relationship manager and trusted point of contact for clients on advisory and investment matters.
• Collaborate with investment, product, and marketing teams to optimise client targeting, campaigns, and onboarding workflows.
• Prepare client proposals, portfolio diagnostics, and implementation plans aligned to client objectives.
• Monitor market developments, portfolio strategy updates, and regulatory changes to ensure relevant, compliant advice.
