Keenai Global is a digital-first wealth platform serving Accredited Investors in Singapore and the wider region. The Role: Relationship Manager, owning end-to-end client growth from acquisition to deepening relationships and expanding revenue across the portfolio.

You will provide high-quality advisory solutions, drive platform adoption, and collaborate with CIO, advisory and client service teams to ensure a superior client experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an RM / Client Advisor in private banking, wealth or EAM settings.
• Strong track record in AUM/NNM growth and client retention.
• Solid understanding of capital markets and investment products; able to articulate risk/return trade-offs clearly.
• Comfortable working in a digital-first environment and using CRM/workflow tools.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new Accredited Investor clients and build a healthy pipeline through referrals, events, partnerships and targeted outbound activity.
• Onboard clients with defined objectives, risk profiles, and initial portfolio allocations; drive platform activation.
• Grow client AUM through periodic reviews, market updates and proactive rebalancing recommendations.
• Maintain high-quality client communications and documentation in CRM; partner with CIO and advisory teams to deliver holistic advice and fast issue resolution.
