Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant retail/fashion leadership experience.
• Proven multi-store retail operations management experience.
• Experience managing P&L and driving profitability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of Singapore retail landscape and consumer markets.

Responsibilities

• Overall Business & P&L Management for Singapore operations.
• Drive sales growth across stores and online channels.
• Lead retail operations, merchandising, and customer experience.
• Develop and execute Singapore-specific growth and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams for product and marketing alignment.
• Present business reviews and strategic plans to regional/global management.
• Build a high-performance team, set targets and monitor KPIs.
• Identify expansion opportunities including new stores or channels.
