Job summary

BitGo is building its FIU capability in Singapore, seeking an FIU Lead to own transaction monitoring and on-chain investigations. You will drive first-line review, automate processes, and lead complex investigations across multiple blockchains, with MAS regulatory alignment.

You will be the APAC SME on TM and on-chain analytics, partnering with Engineering and Product to scale the programme in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years' experience in transaction monitoring, AML/CFT or financial crime investigations.
• Proven hands-on experience with blockchain analytics tools and on-chain tracing across multiple chains.
• Solid understanding of digital asset typologies (mixers, bridges, DeFi, etc.).
• Experience writing or validating TM scenarios, models or risk-scoring methodologies.

Responsibilities

• First-line alert review: Review, triage and disposition TM alerts to defined SLAs.
• Automation: Design and implement automation to reduce manual alert handling.
• Quality and coverage: Own alert-handling procedures, QA sampling, SLAs and performance metrics.
• Rule and threshold tuning: Analyse alert volumes and adjust scenarios to improve coverage.
• Deep-dive investigations: Trace funds across chains and identify exposures to illicit activity.
• Reporting: Produce clear investigation reports and support regulatory requests.
