BitGo is building an in-region FIU capability in Singapore. This senior IC role reports to the APAC Head of Compliance and leads transaction monitoring and blockchain investigations for BitGo Singapore, including automation and model validation.

You will be the in-house subject matter expert on TM and on-chain analytics in APAC, partnering with Engineering and Product to enhance controls, reporting and regulatory readiness.

Formación

• 5–7 years of experience in transaction monitoring, AML/CFT or financial crime investigations.
• Hands-on experience with blockchain analytics tools and on-chain tracing across multiple chains.
• Knowledge of digital asset typologies, including mixers, DeFi and sanctions evasion.
• Experience writing or validating TM scenarios, models or risk-scoring methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Transaction monitoring: review, triage and disposition TM alerts within SLAs.
• Automation: design and implement automation to reduce manual alert handling and improve notes.
• Quality and coverage: own alert-handling procedures, QA sampling and metrics.
• Rule and threshold tuning: analyze volumes and false positives to improve coverage.
• Blockchain investigations: trace fund flows and identify high-risk counterparties.
• Model validation and governance: validate TM scenarios and data quality.
• Policies and regulatory work: draft TM policies aligned with MAS guidelines and BitGo standards.
