Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering with 5–8 years in a relevant role.
• Experience managing engineering services across multiple office sites; exposure to manufacturing, cleanroom, or lab environments is advantageous.
• Background in engineering account management or senior technical leadership.
• Experience leading teams: hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Budget management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering managers and specialist teams across multiple sites.
• Step in when complex technical problems arise.

• Be the main point of contact for the client on all engineering matters.
• Run regular performance reviews and planning sessions with the client.

About The Role

What You'll Need

• Experience managing engineering services across multiple office sites; exposure to process manufacturing, cleanroom, or laboratory environments is highly advantageous

• Experience leading teams: hiring, coaching, and managing performance
• Budget management experience
