Ashurst Perkins Coie in Singapore seeks a lawyer with 1 to 3 years' legal experience. The role combines project development and finance work in energy and infrastructure, offering exposure to cross-border matters and guidance from senior lawyers.

You'll draft and negotiate security and finance documents, review post‑closing matters, and contribute to business development, as part of a collaborative, English‑language practice.

Formación

• 1–3 years of legal experience, preferably private practice.
• Qualification to practice in Singapore, England & Wales, Australia, or similar.
• Strong written and oral communication and drafting skills.
• Ability to work with clients and local counsel across jurisdictions.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage complex transactions and diligence.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day transaction workflows.
• Draft and review security and finance documents for project financing.
• Assist in drafting/negotiating core finance documents.
• Review post-closing matters, waivers, and amendments.
• Draft or review shareholder/JV, concession, construction, operation, supply and offtake agreements.
• Negotiate with counterparties with senior support.
• Support signing and closing of conditions precedent.
• Contribute to business development and know‑how within the department.
