Job summary

Clyde & Co in Singapore is seeking an Associate level lawyer to join our growing Energy/Projects team. You will work closely with the Partner on cross-border energy and natural resources matters, including LNG, gas, power, mining and energy-transition deals.

Candidates should have a Common law qualification and 2–5 years PQE in energy/projects, with strong drafting, research and client-relations skills; Mandarin is a plus. Willingness to relocate to Singapore and travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Common law qualified (admitted in UK, Hong Kong, Australia)
• 2–5 years’ PQE in energy/projects background
• Willing to relocate to Singapore for overseas candidates
• English native; Mandarin an advantage
• Pragmatic and proactive mindset with initiative
