Job summary

Liberté HR Services Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is partnering with an established consumer brand to hire a Sales Manager who will build the direct sales capability, focus on a strong freelance agent network, and drive sales across roadshows and retail channels.

You will recruit, onboard, and coach agents, develop training programmes, and ensure robust onboarding that accelerates performance across channels. A hands-on, commercially driven leader with strong communication and stakeholder management

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience recruiting, managing, and coaching freelance sales teams.
• Good understanding of Singapore roadshow and retail sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop the direct sales channel, with a focus on establishing a strong network of freelance sales agents.
• Identify and develop effective recruitment channels to attract and grow the sales agent network.
• Establish structured onboarding, sales training, and coaching programmes to support agent performance.
• Manage and drive sales execution across roadshows, retail stores, and other offline channels.
• Develop and scale customer and partner referral programmes to support sales growth.
• Monitor and strengthen sales processes and channel effectiveness as the business expands in Singapore.
