Job summary

Liberte HR Services is seeking a Sales Manager to build and grow a direct sales network from the ground up in Singapore. You will establish and scale a network of freelance sales agents while driving sales execution across roadshows and retail channels.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will blend sales strategy with hands-on execution in a growing consumer brand, developing onboarding, coaching, and performance routines to deliver measurable growth in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in direct sales or agent-based sales channels.
• Proven experience in recruiting, managing, and coaching commission-based or freelance sales teams.
• Good understanding of Singapore’s roadshow and retail sales environment; consumer or home appliance experience is advantageous.
• Hands-on, commercially driven, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop the direct sales channel, with a focus on establishing a strong network of freelance sales agents
• Identify and develop effective recruitment channels to attract and grow the sales agent network
• Establish structured onboarding, sales training, and coaching programmes to support agent performance
• Manage and drive sales execution across roadshows, retail stores, and other offline channels
• Develop and scale customer and partner referral programmes to support sales growth
• Monitor and strengthen sales processes and channel effectiveness as the business expands in Singapore
