Job summary

Dymon Asia Capital is seeking a Security Operations Lead to own the Security Operations pillar within our Cybersecurity function. You will work alongside Architecture, Security Governance, and Incident Management, with a hands-on leadership style in a lean team.

The role requires on‑call duties and hands‑on technical currency, with a focus on detecting, responding to, and reporting on security incidents affecting trading environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in security operations, including 2+ years leading a function or team in a regulated environment.
• Experience supporting major security incidents from detection to post‑incident review.
• Experience owning outsourced SOC or managed detection and response providers.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of the Security Operations pillar, including monitoring, detection, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, security awareness, and posture reporting.
• Manage the outsourced SOC relationship with SLAs, escalations, and reporting with evidence.
