Taptap Send is seeking a Regulatory Counsel in Singapore to shape cross-border fintech regulation across APAC. You will lead regulatory strategy for new product launches, licensing, and ongoing compliance while working closely with product, compliance, finance and infosec teams.

This senior role reports to Head of Legal and emphasizes ownership, diplomacy with regulators, and impact-driven execution in a fast-growing company that aims to expand across markets.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with 5–10 years of payments or regulated business experience.
• In-house fintech experience preferred; understanding of regulatory frameworks for financial products/services.
• APAC market experience a plus; outgoing, execution-oriented, mission-driven, organized and driven personality fit.

Responsabilités

• Lead the legal and regulatory aspects of new product launches and existing product development.
• Work cross-functionally with product, compliance, finance, and infosec teams to tackle day-to-day regulatory challenges.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop actionable solutions for licensing and regulatory matters.
• Take the lead in engagements with regulators—a role that requires both gravitas and diplomacy.
• Support license applications for new market entries and own ongoing regulatory matters across all live markets.
