Tazapay, a Singapore-based fintech, is seeking a Legal Counsel to support global payments, fintech, and cross-border transactions in a regulated environment. You will review and negotiate commercial contracts with enterprises and partners, advise on licensing, data protection, product launches, and new markets, and manage regulatory inquiries.

Qualificações

• Strong foundation in Law with fintech/regulation expertise.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in Singapore and be eligible to practice.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic legal support for global payments, fintech, and cross-border transactions.
• Review and negotiate commercial contracts with enterprises, partners, payment providers, and other stakeholders.
• Advise internal teams on licensing, data protection, product launches, and new markets.
• Manage legal document preparation, contract templates, policies, and regulatory inquiries.
