Boardmatch Up is seeking an experienced executive to lead a global industrial portfolio with full P&L accountability. You will drive growth, manage key international customers, and shape long-term strategy in a highly technical, globally connected environment.

You will build and sustain executive-level partnerships across markets, guiding product lifecycle strategies, and collaborating with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to meet market demands. Travel will be significant.

Qualificações

• Executive leadership experience within shipping or engineered industrial sectors.
• Demonstrated responsibility for global or regional P&L leadership.
• Proven success managing strategic international customer relationships.
• Experience building commercial relationships across European markets would be highly preferred.
