Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions seeks a Global FP & A Manager in Singapore to lead a team responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting. You will oversee P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet studies, driving insights and improvements across business operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and collaboration with management to align financial strategy with CBRE priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience (or equivalent).
• Experience staffing, training, coaching, measuring and retaining performance.
• Ability to convey sensitive information and manage expectations.
• Leadership to motivate team impact on quality and efficiency.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and analytical mindset.
• Advanced math skills for complex financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees; coach and evaluate performance.
• Coordinate team activities; manage schedules and deadlines.
• Support budgeting and forecasting; prepare clear reports and insights.
• Conduct P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet analysis to identify trends and risks.
• Participate in accounting policy development and process improvements.
• Lead projects on pricing, cost tracking, and long-term planning.
• Communicate with management on financial policies and applications.
