Job summary

Mirxes is a Singapore-headquartered molecular diagnostic company with R&D, manufacturing, and clinical lab operations in Singapore, USA, Japan, and China. We are seeking a qualified project specialist who has experience in maintaining customer communications and collaborating with internal stakeholders in the genomics field to drive positive customer experiences.

The role requires strong problem-solving abilities, multi-tasking under pressure, and meticulous documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or Biomedical engineering (Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or similar discipline).
• Strong proficiency in written and oral English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with varied personalities.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for external and internal stakeholders to ensure clear and timely communication throughout all phases of the project.
• Facilitate regular meetings, progress updates and reviews with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives, deliverables and expectations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation including entries in the online customer portal, to ensure project details are clearly and consistently recorded.
• Manage project tracking and monitor progress closely with the aim of project delivery within the expected turnaround time, and communicate with customers for data delivery to ensure project closing is fulfilled timely.
• Perform any other reasonable duties or ad-hoc assignments as directed by line manager/supervisor.
• Observe and comply with all regulations and directions from time to time made by the Company or given to you and use your best skills and endeavors to further the business and interests of the company.
