Mirxes in Singapore is seeking a Data Scientist to lead projects analyzing large in-house datasets to support cancer diagnostic products. You will collaborate with clinical, assay development, and product teams to translate data-driven insights into actionable development directions.

The role requires a PhD or MSc in a related field, plus experience building multi-marker diagnostic models, strong coding skills, and familiarity with NGS and circulating nucleic acids.

Competenze

• PhD or MSc in a related science field.
• At least 2 years of experience developing multi-marker diagnostic models, including data processing and ML.
• Good understanding of diagnostic biomarker discovery and biomarker panel optimization.

Mansioni

• Perform in-depth analysis on data with ML and statistical methods.
• Discover hidden information in data and present results clearly for scientific contend creation.
• Identify novel DNA/RNA/ncRNA biomarkers for cancers or develop models for multi-marker tests.
• Work with deep learning to integrate omics data with radiomics from CT and X-Ray images.
• Develop analytics tools and methods for data understanding, data generation process refinement, and QC.
• Facilitate experimental design, process setup, and QC with statistical insights.
• Support other commercial activities.
