Responsibilities

• Coordinate IPO-related materials with IPO team and third-party teams to meet HKEX requirements.
• Assist in capital market financing work during IPO rounds, including investor meetings, business negotiations, contract signing, and terms execution.
• Support roadshow activities: forecast financial models, understand business, financials, and strategy, and summarize strengths for external communication.
• Organize and participate in investor relations activities post-listing: analyst meetings, webinars, roadshows, and calls; build relationships with brokerage analysts.
• Produce regular capital market analysis: track industry trends and compare peers; prepare research and investment proposals.
• Oversee domestic M&A, investment, and post-investment management initiatives for the company.
• Maintain relationships with regulatory authorities, industry associations, exchanges, and intermediaries.
• Perform other tasks assigned by leadership.

Mirxes is a Singapore-headquartered molecular diagnostic company with R&D, manufacturing, and clinical lab operations in Singapore, USA, Japan, and China. We specialize in microRNA technologies and the development, manufacturing, and provision of diagnostic test kits and clinical services. Our mission is to enable early disease detection and provide insights for better patient care by harnessing the power of microRNA to augment traditional testing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with the company's IPO team and third-party teams to coordinate across departments and external resources in accordance with HKEX (Hong Kong Stock Exchange) requirements, ensuring the collection, processing, review, submission, and disclosure of materials during the IPO phase;
• Assist in completing capital market financing work during the IPO round and subsequent stages, including but not limited to investor meetings, business negotiations, contract signing, and execution of terms;
• Support roadshow-related work during the issuance phase: master the company's financial forecasting model, gain a thorough understanding of the company's business, financial condition, and strategic positioning, and effectively summarize the company's key strengths to deliver clear communication content to external parties;
• Handle day-to-day investor relations work after listing: organize analyst meetings, webinars, roadshows, and other activities on a regular basis or in response to major events, with a focus on strengthening communication with institutional investors; actively expand and maintain relationships with brokerage analysts to improve the number and quality of brokerage coverage; prepare investor meetings and arrange calls/webinars;
• Produce regular capital market analysis reports: help the company analyze Hong Kong-listed companies in related industries, and produce research and investment proposal reports; closely track and analyze industry trends, and compile comparative analyses of peer companies;
• Responsible for the company's domestic M&A, investment, and post-investment management work;
• Maintain contact with regulatory authorities, industry associations, exchanges, and third-party intermediaries to build good working relationships;
• Other tasks assigned by leadership.
