Job summary

INTELLIPRO SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Engineering Supervisor for semiconductor test and silicon photonics. You will lead a team performing wafer probing (CP) and automated optical inspection (AOI), ensuring stable test operations and supporting new product transfers in Singapore.

You will supervise engineers and technicians, analyse yield trends, and work with cross-functional teams to improve process performance and equipment utilisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, Physics or Photonics.
• At least 5 years in semiconductor manufacturing or wafer testing, with 2+ years in supervision.
• Experience in CP, AOI, yield engineering or test engineering.
• Strong understanding of wafer probing, AOI systems, yield analysis and SPC.
• Experience with MES and data tools such as JMP, Excel, SQL, Python.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily CP and AOI engineering activities to support production quality and delivery targets.
• Monitor process performance, investigate abnormal test results and resolve issues.
• Optimise wafer probe processes and coordinate probe card qualification and maintenance.
• Maintain and improve AOI inspection recipes to enhance defect detection accuracy.
• Analyze yield and defect trends, identify root causes and implement improvements.
• Support new product transfers, qualification and release into production.
• Collaborate with Equipment Engineers on troubleshooting, maintenance and testing.
• Improve equipment utilisation through process and automation initiatives.
• Lead, coach and train engineers and technicians; manage manpower planning.
• Coordinate documentation with Production, Equipment and Quality teams.
