Job summary

ACCELIGHT TECHNOLOGIES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Silicon Photonics Characterization & Test Engineer to lead die-level testing and data analysis for silicon photonic chips developed in Singapore.

You will develop test methodologies, analyze wafer and device performance, and work with foundry and design teams to improve fabrication and test processes, bridging design, fabrication and test. This role requires hands-on testing, WAT interpretation, and strong communication with

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in photonics or related field.
• Strong understanding of silicon photonic devices and tests.
• Experience with optical/electrical testing of silicon photonic devices.
• Ability to interpret WAT data and process variations.
• Familiarity with die-level characterization and data analysis.
• Experience with fabrication processes and process variation concepts.

Responsibilities

• Track wafer fabrication progress and monitor key milestones.
• Develop die-level characterization and test plans.
• Investigate device/test anomalies and perform root-cause analysis.
• Evaluate device performance across process corners and variations.
