INTELLIPRO SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Production Supervisor for semiconductor test and silicon photonics. You will lead operators and technicians supporting wafer probing (CP) and AOI, ensuring safe operations, quality and timely delivery.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, plus 5+ years in semiconductor manufacturing, including 2+ years in supervision. You’ll work in Singapore, coordinating shifts and driving continuous improvement.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years in semiconductor manufacturing with 2+ years in supervision.
• Experience in CP, AOI, wafer probing/testing and production operations.
• Familiar with MES, Excel and production reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily CP and AOI production activities to meet output, quality, yield and delivery targets.
• Coordinate shift activities, work allocation and production flow in accordance with production plans.
• Ensure compliance with operating procedures, workplace safety requirements and cleanroom protocols.
• Monitor output, cycle time, equipment utilisation, yield and productivity; initiate corrective actions when performance falls below target.
• Monitor wafer probe results and escalated abnormal yield or test performance to Engineering and Quality teams.
• Coordinate probe card changeovers, maintenance schedules and production readiness.
• Oversee AOI inspection throughput and quality, and coordinate inspection recipe implementation with Engineering.
• Support new product introduction, production ramp-up and defect reduction initiatives.
• Coordinate with Equipment Engineers on equipment availability, preventive maintenance and production recovery.
• Lead, coach and train operators and technicians; manage attendance, shift briefings and workforce planning.
• Support performance reviews, employee development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain production records and reports to support planning and performance monitoring.
