Job summary

Talent Trader Group in Singapore seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer focused on Siemens PLC programming, industrial automation, and reliability. You will lead electrical maintenance, troubleshoot automation faults, and drive improvements.

Responsibilities include maintaining high/low voltage systems, configuring S7 PLCs via TIA Portal, HMI/SCADA, VFDs, and network protocols. You will mentor technicians and collaborate with production and EHS teams to ensure safe, reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in electrical engineering, industrial automation and maintenance.
• Hands-on Siemens S7 PLC programming using TIA Portal.
• Knowledge of HMI/SCADA, VFDs and industrial networks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimise electrical distribution systems.
• Lead automation troubleshooting and reliability improvements.
• Coach technicians and coordinate with production and maintenance teams.
