Zeekr is seeking a friendly receptionist and showroom host at our Singapore location, delivering premium customer service and sales support to inquiries and visitors. You will welcome guests, manage inquiries, and assist in showroom operations with a professional image.

You will maintain a polished showroom, coordinate refreshments, and handle light administrative tasks while supporting the sales team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in receptionist or customer service roles.
• Customer oriented with strong service attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hardworking, extrovert, people-focused and enthusiastic.
• Proficient in MS Office and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone calls and answer general enquiries.
• Greet, check in and announce customers’ arrival.
• Manage the Sales Executive turn system.
• Keep showroom tidy and orderly.
• Ensure display cars are in good condition (interior and exterior).
• Provide refreshments to customers.
• Perform general ad-hoc admin duties as required.
