Job summary

GMP Technologies in Singapore is seeking a Pet Groomer to manage grooming services in-store, schedule appointments, and maintain grooming equipment. You will groom dogs, cats, and other small pets following best practices and AVA guidelines, while ensuring safety and cleanliness throughout the centre.

The role requires 2–3 years of grooming experience and a SKC/DGA Class C Certificate. Training will be provided for certification; supervision of junior groomers is expected.

• 2–3 years of experience in cutting & shaving fur for dogs/cats/rabbits.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day business operations of grooming centre within the retail store.
• Ensure all grooming appointments properly scheduled.
• Ensure pet grooming equipment are well maintained.
• Perform pet grooming based on best practices and customers' needs
• Ensure workplace safety, hygiene level and cleanliness of the grooming centre.
• Ensure safety of pets throughout the grooming process.
• Ensure that all pets are well taken care of and in compliance with AVA guidelines.
• Highlight abnormalities of pets to the customers to avoid unnecessary conflicts or misunderstanding.

About the job Pet Groomer | Up to $4500 | Singapore

Basic Salary: $2200-$3000 (Gross Salary up to $4500)

Working Days:6 days work week, including weekends and public holidays

Working Time:11am - 9.30pm with two breaks / 10am to 10pm with 2 breaks
