Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
• Supervise and guide junior staff in product handling, display arrangements, and service standards.
• Assist in planning staff schedules, monitoring attendance, and ensuring work efficiency.
• Coordinate with suppliers for the procurement of fresh produce, including quality inspection upon delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist in stock control, and ensure timely replenishment of goods.
• Support the planning and execution of sales promotions to achieve sales targets.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve minor complaints in a professional manner.
• Ensure the store complies with food safety and hygiene regulations.
