Job summary

TALENTVUE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Maintenance Lead to direct planned maintenance activities for shipyard equipment, machinery, cranes, and facilities, ensuring reliability and safety.

You will oversee workshops, docks, slipways, piers, and other infrastructure to meet operational, safety and ISO requirements, manage upgrade projects, subcontractors, and budgets. Prepare monthly maintenance reports for Management and ensure compliant hazardous waste handling.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marine/Civil Engineering.
• 5–7 years’ shipyard/plant facilities experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planned maintenance and a team of shipyard maintenance staff to ensure equipment, machinery, cranes and facilities are well maintained.
• Oversee workshops, docks, slipways, piers and other infrastructure to meet operational, safety and ISO requirements.
• Manage facility upgrade projects, subcontractors, rental equipment and annual maintenance/tooling budgets.
• Ensure hazardous/B3 waste handling and asset disposal comply with local regulations.
• Prepare monthly maintenance reports and recommendations for Management.
