Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Shipping/Store Assistant to support daily shipping and warehousing activities at our Ubi location in Singapore. The role offers a Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm schedule and a monthly salary up to SGD 2,500 with AWS and VB.

Responsibilities include managing shipping operations, packing, labeling, and coordinating with freight forwarders, as well as warehouse tasks like receiving, inventory control, and stock management. 5 days' work week and PC knowledge preferred.

• Working experience in shipping & store roles.
• Some PC knowledge.
• 5 days' work week.

• Perform warehouse operations such as goods receiving, order fulfilment, inventory control, FIFO stock management, stock takes, and internal material dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records, support cross-functional operations, and carry out ad hoc duties as assigned.
