Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in maritime, logistics or business with strong academic performance.
- Interest in shipping markets and commercial operations is essential.
- Early-career graduates seeking a long-term maritime career are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Support tanker operations with day-to-day voyage activities and data entry.
- Monitor vessel movements, ETA/ETD and port calls, update schedules.
- Assist laytime, NOR/SOF reviews and demurrage record keeping under supervision.
- Prepare freight invoices and verify voyage details for accuracy.
- Help compile market reports and internal updates for management.
- Organise vessel and commercial documents in electronic filing systems.
