Job summary

PetroChina Singapore is seeking a Vessel Operations Specialist to coordinate spot shipments, monitor voyage progress, and support timely reporting. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance with CP terms, and seamless coordination with trading teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Maritime Studies or related professional qualification.
• 3+ years of relevant marine/shipping experience.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vessel operations for spot shipments with Trading Operations team.
• Ensure voyage orders include stowage, quantity, laycan narrowing and agency nomination.
• Monitor vessel status and voyage progress to keep on schedule.
• Review voyage recaps and Charter Parties before operations.
• Coordinate with brokers, owners, agents and internal teams for updates and plans.
• Maintain voyage data and documentation for Demurrage team.
