The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is recruiting a Shipping Operations Executive to support tank movements and depot liaison in Singapore.

The role requires coordinating schedules, tracking on-hire and off-hire statuses, and ensuring accurate billing information is prepared and communicated to the finance team. Working hours are five days a week, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with a salary range of SGD 2,700 to 3,500 per month.

Qualificações

• Diploma in Maritime Studies / Logistics in shipping discipline.
• Min. 1 year of experience in shipping industry.
• Entry level welcome as training is provided.

Responsabilidades

• Liaise with Depot for tank details, schedules, movements and updates.
• Keep track and raise summary of tank leasing (on-hire/off-hire status) for billing purposes.
• Liaise and clarify with agents on detention billing.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by departmental head.

Job scopes:
