Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is recruiting a Logistics Assistant (Tank Operations / Shipping) at a Cantonment Road location in Singapore. You will coordinate with agents, depots, and vendors to manage tank movements, schedules, and billing records. Daily logistics support and ad-hoc duties are part of the role.

The role requires a Diploma in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Shipping or a related discipline. Training will be provided; 1–2 years’ logistics exposure is a plus. Five-day work week.

Qualifications

• Training will be provided for non-experienced applicants.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of logistics, shipping or freight exposure will be advantageous.

• With agents and depots on tank details, schedules and movement updates.
• Track tank leasing status, including on-hire, off-hire and detention matters.
• Coordinate with vendors on tank movements and repositioning units.
• Clarify detention billing matters with agents.
• Maintain accurate shipment, tank movement and billing records.
• Support daily logistics and shipping coordination duties.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the department head.

5-day work week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm

Basic salary up to $3,500 + up to 14 days annual leave, commensurate with experience
