Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipping documents such as Bills of Lading, arrival notice, declare import and export permit.
• Liaise with customers for their shipment and check rates with carriers.
• Negotiate with carriers to obtain favorable terms.
• Communicate with overseas agents for shipments and coordinate with hauliers.
• Update customer inventory in our warehouse and send tally sheets after shipment.
• Prepare warehouse release orders for cargo release or pickup by customers and generate invoices.
