Job summary

C P World Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a logistics assistant to support day-to-day shipping operations from documentation to delivery. You will work closely with customers, overseas agents, and internal teams to ensure timely shipment updates and accurate records.

Ideal candidates include those with no prior experience or up to 2 years in freight forwarding and logistics, who are organised, proactive, and able to start on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Handle shipping documentation and processes.
• Respond to customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
• Follow up with customers and provide timely shipment updates.
• Coordinate and correspond with loading port agents.
• Handle permit declarations through TradeNet.
• Assist in ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
