Job summary

Ocean Network Express (ONE) invites an Executive, Customer Service Booking (Shipping) to join our Singapore team. You will manage booking requests, liaise with customers on shipment dates and special requirements, and coordinate with local and overseas teams to ensure smooth operations.

You should have a Diploma in Maritime Studies, Logistics or shipping-related disciplines, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in maritime studies, logistics or shipping disciplines preferred.
• Experience in analytics or Live Chat is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented and resilient.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of shipping agency roles is preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers on shipment dates and special requirements.
• Process booking acknowledgements within lead-time.
• Monitor and follow-up on special cargo.
• Coordinate with Marketing for space control.
• Monitor detention and payment, terminal transmissions.
• Coordinate with local and overseas stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
